Company names animal health veteran Michaela Arcaro Chief Commercial Officer and adds Anthony Providenti and Kim Allen to Board of Directors

STURBRIDGE, MA / ACCESS Newswire / August 20, 2026 / InVictos Orthopedics, maker of the Elevation™ TPLO platform for canine cranial cruciate ligament repair, today announced three leadership appointments to support the company’s continued growth and commercial expansion. Michaela Arcaro has joined InVictos as Chief Commercial Officer, while animal health industry veterans Anthony Providenti and Kim Allen have joined the company’s Board of Directors.

The appointments come as InVictos scales its commercial organization and expands the market reach of its growing portfolio of veterinary orthopedic solutions, including German-manufactured implant systems produced to ISO 13485 standards.

Arcaro brings more than 20 years of experience across animal health, pharmaceutical, medical device and distribution businesses, including her role as a commercial leader at Danish animal health company Contura Vet. As Chief Commercial Officer, she will lead InVictos’ sales and marketing strategy, commercial expansion and corporate account strategy.

Providenti brings more than 20 years of global animal health experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Heska Corporation, where he helped lead Heska’s 2023 sale to Mars Corporation. He previously led corporate business development at Covetrus, Inc. and Henry Schein Animal Health and currently serves as President of advisory firm Acey Partners, Inc.

Allen has more than 45 years of veterinary industry experience and is recognized as a pioneer for women in animal health leadership. She served as President of Burns Veterinary Supply and later led the Commercial Division of Butler Animal Health Supply and Henry Schein Animal Health, overseeing a $2.1 billion U.S. business. Allen was also the first woman to serve on the AVDA Board of Directors and received the organization’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018.

Providenti and Allen join InVictos co-founders Harry Wotton III and Darroll Wotton on the Board of Directors.

“I have spent 30 years engineering implants and listening to customers, and what I learned is that providing a great implant is only half of what a hospital is buying. The other half is the company behind it – customer communication, product and sales support, and being there when customers need us most,” said Harry Wotton III, Founder and CEO of InVictos Orthopedics. “Adding a CCO of Michaela’s caliber and the experience Anthony and Kim bring to our board strengthens both sides of that equation as we scale.”

“The company behind the implant is my responsibility,” said Michaela Arcaro, Chief Commercial Officer. “That means building a field organization with the product and procedural knowledge to be a true resource to our customers, while investing in training and responsive support. InVictos is choosing to invest in customer experience, and that is why I am here.”

“The customer responses speak for themselves,” said Anthony Providenti, Board Member. “I’m honored to work with the InVictos team as we grow the business with a continued focus on surgeon satisfaction, outstanding products and exceptional value.”
