Yellowstone Capital Advisors announced today that Del Cloninger has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Investment Banking. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Del will focus on sell side M&A advisory for founder led and middle market businesses across the Business Process Services, Customer Experience, and CX Technology sectors.

Del brings more than 15 years of finance, corporate development, and M&A leadership experience within public and private equity backed services businesses. Prior to joining Yellowstone Capital Advisors, he held senior roles at ResultsCX, Startek, and Radius Global Solutions.

At ResultsCX, Del served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In that role, he supported the company’s strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other enterprise initiatives. His experience also includes leadership in treasury, financial planning and analysis, transaction underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, integration, and capital allocation.
