LEESBURG, VA, UNITED STATES, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Gonza LLC, maker of the patented Neck Flex® neck training and rehabilitation system, announced today that the redesigned Revolver™ Rotation Attachment is now shipping. The 2026 model is a ground-up engineering revision of the component that adds rotational resistance training to any Neck Flex harness, priced at $49.95 standalone or included in complete bundles from $139.90.
The Revolver is a bearing-mounted steel pulley that routes a coated steel cable between the harness and any resistance source — a resistance band, a cable stack, or plates — allowing the neck to rotate and roll against continuous resistance through its full range of motion. Rotation joins flexion, extension, and lateral flexion as the fourth movement direction of the Neck Flex system, which is protected by five U.S. utility patents.
The redesigned unit, designed and engineered in the United States, rides on twin sealed GCr15 chrome-steel ball bearings — the AISI 52100 bearing-steel class used in industrial bearings — set in powder-coated Q345B high-strength steel side plates with a zinc-plated Q235 steel pulley wheel and a 65Mn spring-steel retaining ring. Because resistance comes from the load the user selects rather than from a friction mechanism, rotation stays smooth and silent at any resistance a band or cable stack can supply.

The Neck Flex harness is named as the training equipment in three peer-reviewed papers from a Royal Danish Air Force randomised trial (BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders, 2015 and 2017; Frontiers in Public Health, 2020), has been purchased by the United States Air Force, the Australian and Belgian air forces, and the Canadian Special Forces, and appears as the neck trainer in Apple’s 2025 film “F1: The Movie” — a placement the Washington Business Journal reported was unpaid.
