Once a form is submitted, CosmoLex automatically maps the data to the correct contact and lead records, eliminating the need for manual re-keying and reducing the risk of costly errors.

From there, CosmoLex’s automated post-submission workflows take over. Triggered the moment a form is submitted, the platform can automatically handle document delivery, consultation booking, and follow-up communications, often the critical first 24 hours after a prospective client submits an intake form runs without anyone needing to manually triage it.
