Featuring the SY-60, SY-163 and SY-188, the series adds ice-making, draft beverage and large-capacity storage platforms for OEM, distribution and outdoor kitchen projects

SUNNAI has expanded its outdoor refrigeration portfolio with three models developed for appliance brands, distributors, outdoor kitchen suppliers, and project partners.

The series includes the SY-60 outdoor freezer drawer with ice-making function, the SY-163 outdoor kegerator, and the SY-188 side-by-side outdoor refrigerator.

The three models extend SUNNAI’s outdoor refrigeration range across ice production, draft beverage service, and larger-format refrigerated storage. Each product is based on a separate cabinet format and operating configuration, allowing business customers to select a platform according to intended use, installation layout, storage requirement, and target market.

A THREE-PRODUCT OUTDOOR REFRIGERATION PLATFORM

SY-60 Outdoor Refrigerator Freezer Drawer with Ice-Making Function

The SY-60 combines two functions within a 60-liter drawer-format appliance. Its upper drawer contains an integrated ice-making system, while the lower drawer provides refrigerated storage.

The unit uses a dual-zone configuration, compressor cooling, R600a refrigerant, touch controls, and a stated temperature range from -20°C to +14°C. Front ventilation supports built-in installation, while the cabinet and body are specified in 304 stainless steel. The model also carries an IPX4 rating for outdoor use.

At 595 mm wide, the SY-60 is intended for installation in outdoor kitchens, barbecue islands, poolside preparation areas, yacht galleys, and hospitality projects where separate ice and refrigerated storage appliances may take up additional space. The drawer layout also provides an alternative to a hinged-door configuration in compact installation zones.

SY-163 Outdoor Beverage Cooler and Kegerator

The SY-163 is a 163-liter, single-zone outdoor kegerator that can also be configured as a beverage cooler. It is designed to accommodate one 15.5-gallon U.S. standard keg and includes a draft beer system. When the keg system is not in use, six removable metal shelves allow the cabinet to be used for packaged beverages.

The model has a stated temperature range of 0°C to 14°C and uses compressor cooling with R600a refrigerant. Its technical specification lists 304 stainless steel for the body and cabinet, together with a solid door, digital control, and a 600 mm-wide cabinet. Tap configurations, branding, and selected design details can be adjusted for OEM and private-label programs.

SY-188 Side-by-Side Outdoor Refrigerator

The SY-188 addresses larger-volume beverage storage. The 188-liter cabinet uses an integrated French-door layout, a single temperature zone, six removable metal shelves, front ventilation, and compressor cooling. Its stated temperature range is 3°C to 16°C.

The 900 mm-wide format is intended to provide a single installation platform where a project might otherwise use two separate undercounter refrigerators.

The product specification lists a black casing, a textured interior liner, full glass doors, and black handles. The interior can be arranged for bottled water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and other packaged beverages. Potential applications include outdoor kitchens, barbecue islands, patios, poolside service areas, and hospitality settings.

INSTALLATION FORMATS FOR PROJECT PLANNING

The series uses three cabinet widths and three distinct access formats: a 595 mm drawer unit, a 600 mm single-door kegerator, and a 900 mm French-door refrigerator.

The SY-60 and SY-188 use front ventilation for built-in layouts, while the SY-163 is presented for indoor and outdoor placement. All three models use compressor cooling and R600a refrigerant, but their control systems, temperature ranges, and storage formats differ.

For distributors and project suppliers, this separation allows each model to be evaluated as an independent stock-keeping unit or combined within a wider outdoor appliance program.

Final installation clearances, electrical specifications, local certification, and weather-exposure requirements should be reviewed for each destination market and project.

OEM AND ODM CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

SUNNAI supports two primary development paths for business customers.

Existing product platforms can be adapted through changes to finishes, door designs, handles, controls, lighting, internal layouts, branding, manuals, and packaging.

Projects requiring a different cabinet size, cooling logic, temperature range, drawer arrangement, or tooling can enter a joint-development process.

The company’s published OEM and ODM workflow includes consultation, 3D engineering, prototype production, testing, mass production, and delivery planning. Private-label support includes logo application and packaging development.

SUNNAI also lists mixed-container loading and spare-parts support as available elements of its delivery program.

MANUFACTURING AND QUALITY-CONTROL BACKGROUND

Founded in Foshan in 2010, SUNNAI develops and manufactures wine coolers, beverage coolers, outdoor refrigeration products, dry-aging cabinets, medical refrigerators, and skincare refrigerators.

The company operates a manufacturing facility of approximately 20,000 square meters.

Its published production process includes standardized pre-assembly and final assembly, multi-stage leak detection, automated vacuuming and refrigerant charging, inspection-room testing, powered aging tests, and controlled packaging.

SUNNAI states that products are transferred through 15 automated aging lines and that production records are used to support batch consistency and traceability.

The company lists BSCI, ISO 9001, and SEDEX factory systems, together with RoHS and REACH compliance. Certification requirements for individual OEM or ODM products remain dependent on product configuration and destination market.

The SY-60, SY-163, and SY-188 are presented to global appliance brands and project partners as three separate product platforms within SUNNAI’s outdoor refrigeration portfolio.

Product specifications, branding, packaging, and compliance requirements can be reviewed according to the intended market and project scope.
