Cowboy Space Corporation, the orbital infrastructure company founded by Robinhood co-founder Baiju Bhatt, today announced the appointment of John Sarkis as Global Head of Sales. Sarkis will lead global data center sales strategy and execution as Cowboy expands its commercial operations.

With more than a decade of leading high-performing global technology sales organizations, John Sarkis will play a pivotal role in accelerating Cowboy Space’s commercial strategy and bringing its vision to market. Sarkis joins Cowboy Space from Oracle, where he held various sales leadership positions, driving growth and adoption across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle’s AI infrastructure, AI/ML services, Database, and SaaS solutions. Prior to Oracle, he held senior leadership positions at NTT Ltd. and Digital Realty, helping expand global cloud, connectivity, and digital infrastructure businesses. Throughout his career, Sarkis has been recognized for building and leading high-performing global commercial organizations, delivering transformational revenue growth, structuring complex strategic partnerships, and executing go-to-market strategies that have shaped the adoption of cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure solutions across many of the world’s largest enterprises.
